Remnants of our AZ Hurricane!

The thing that was the most scary about this storm was the wind! I've NEVER heard it howl like it did last night!! Here I am with our neighbor Diane as we survey the damage. It looks like the wind acted as a cork screw and lifted both of these trees straight out of the ground as it twisted them up! We lost 2 HUGE trees-- a Mesquite and a Palo Verde. I hate to see trees lost like this, and they've been lost all over the place as you walk and drive around the area. Those were some very powerful winds! The view into our greenbelt is completely different now!
