Abby is GROWING!

Megan sent this picture this morning and said that she has officially outgrown all her newborn clothes! I think she is really chunking up and getting so cute and interactive--she gives BIG smiles when you talk to her. She's at such a fun stage!!!

Bill's Birthday with Katie & Kaden!

We enjoyed a nice birthday dinner for Bill at the La Jolla Groves restaurant at the Riverwoods in Provo. He is 56 today! It was fun to spend some time with Katie and Kaden tonight and this weekend! They are busy with school and work but things are going great with her pregnancy and they are just truckin' along! The next time we see them will be in November for Thanksgiving!!!

BYU v. Iowa State WIN!

We took a quick trip up to Utah for Bill's birthday and to see the BYU v. Iowa State game! It's such a fun atmosphere in the LaVell Edwards Stadium! BYU pulled off the W and we are now 5-0!! Go Cougs! We are currently ranked #8 and we play #2 ranked Notre Dame next week!! Exciting times for BYU Football!!! It will be the first time 2 top 10 ranked teams will play at BYU!

Brooke & Ben's Exciting Gender Reveal...

Brooke made a cute little stork pinata and she did a really good job because Luke and Logan couldn't hit it open... so Todd had to step in, but we were all confused when the contents were not pink or blue!! It was a distraction for the REAL reveal... which came seconds after the pinata opening... IT'S A BOY blue smoke came out of their little popper things!!! I can't even say how surprised we all were--literally EVERYONE thought it was going to be a girl! Even on Ben's side! (Only one brother in law guessed a boy on his side!) So Abigail is going to be surrounded by boys with brothers and a cousin close by. Now we are all hoping Katie has a girl so Abigail has at least 1 cousin her age who is a girl. I guessed originally that Katie would have the boy...but at this point WHO KNOWS!!!??? If it's ANOTHER boy that will be so fun/funny! Luke and Logan didn't care what it was! They were enjoying being the only 2 kids grabbing the candy! Luke had it all picked up within seconds and Logan was happy with just 1 candy! Jackpot!!! What a fun evening! We spent the rest of the evening playing games and reveling in all the excitement of another boy joining our family!!!

The Boys in Their African Outfits!

I found these cute neutral outfits in the Zambian airport. Everything I'd seen in little kids clothes everywhere in Africa were these bright and bold colors but these were so cute! I also got a little dress for Abigail with an elephant on the front and a little sailor collar-- but she's not quite big enough for it yet. (I got the biggest size...) They seem to like their new outfits and especially on an early Saturday morning walk in the cooler temps! They love the elephant print on them. I had fun picking these out!
