Here's what Bill said about today. "Today was awesome. Had a great workout-- same as last week except my body was not in unmovable pain. In fact, I was able to jog on the 5 minute jog. I also jogged with Jay on the flat parts of the hike. Stairs are much easier this week. I increased all my numbers. Even lost 12 pounds of weight over 1/2 of which was fat. I beat all my other times and reps-- except push ups and sit ups. They don't want me to do those until later in the week. I had pulled something this morning just below my belly button. They don't want to take nay chances of making it worse. Dinner was great! Yvonne cooked again. She made her own burgers so she can control what goes in them. She puts peppers, onions and mushrooms in the meat before she grills it. Then she tops it with caramelized onions and guacamole and lime and salt. She also gave a tip to keep apples from going dark. Slice them and put them in cold water right away. Add 1 t of salt per cup of water. Let sit for at least 8 minutes. Drain and put in ziploc bag and put in the fridge. They will last over a week. If they are too salty just rinse them. The hike was beautiful. Matt high centered the van so all us guys spent some time trying to get if off the tree stump. Finally some one came with a jack. We jacked it up and put rocks under the tires and we were finally free. I wish I had taken a picture! We piled all the rocks around the stump so no one else does the same thing. Love you. Need to get to bed."
