Today I made her boutonniere… it turned out really good and was one of my better ones! I should’ve taken a picture of it! I picked Katelyn up from school a little early…she just missed lunch and her history class, which is her last hour, so she could get all ready for Prom! She was so excited!! Natalie Grover did her hair and makeup for the dance and she did such a great job!! The fun is in the anticipation! Collin arrived and picked her up around 5:15...
After they left here, they went to Cibola Vista to take pictures and then the boys took them to Firebirds for a nice dinner! They went to Prom and stayed the entire time and had a lot of fun. After the dance, there was an after party at the Updike’s house. It all looked so fun! She got back around 1am and Dad and I saw the whole porch goodbye on the Ring. (We’re ruining her dating life…hahahaha!) I’m not saying that Collin would’ve kissed her goodnight because I don’t think he would, but he definitely wouldn’t knowing that we have a Ring system! Sorry Katelyn!!! Oops! I think she had fun though…she was wanting to go to bed so I saw her pictures she’d taken and then she hurried off to bed! It was definitely a night for the books! She had fun!!!
