Beautiful Sunday Drives in the Country!

We spent the day driving some gorgeous country roads! First, we went to Sunbury, NC to see Jordan and Emily's house that they are renovating... it's SO CUTE!! It's just over the border from VA. We picked up Joshua at their house and then the four of us headed up to Smithfield, VA to poke around in this cute little town. There were so many cute Victorian homes, colonial architecture and so much CHARM!! It was fun to poke around on Main Street. We had lunch at a little diner on Main Street and then got some ice cream a little later. It was a beautiful Sabbath day and we enjoyed the beauty of this area! We came home and enjoyed a wonderful Sunday dinner prepared by Allison and some chocolate chip cookies-- Does it get any better than this??? I don't think so!!
