We had a really nice day today too! After our meetings (Megan and I went to the Guest Meeting this morning), we went to lunch at the Brittlebush Restaurant at the Kierland. We had a $100 voucher each (so $200 total) for food at the Kierland. It was a lot of food, but still very expensive for what we got! (We had to use up all the money in one place.) The hotel gave us a credit for some very noisy neighbors who decided to blast their music at 3:30am the very first night. (The 2nd day, we moved to a different room-- they were given a warning by the hotel, but they moved us just to be safe.) Anyway... it was a nice lunch together! Then Lukey Bear got his ice cream (ie: parents got the ice cream! Hahaha!) at the pool and then we headed back to the pool in our suits and enjoyed the afternoon there. We floated down the VERY lazy, lazy river...it even started to sprinkle and cooled down quite a bit while we were there! It was a nice day! Then we got all cleaned up and headed for our Roaring 20's themed Awards Banquet after we dropped Lukey off at Kid's Club. It was a fun night and once again Bill received the Top Producer Award... this year they started the tradition of giving a Louisville Slugger to all the producers that are level 10-- the first time they earn it, so Bill got his tonight, even though he's been a level 10 since 2013! (They put that on his Louisville Slugger that he got too!) Dang, I should've taken a picture of him with it! (We got pictures from the photographer later and they got him with it!! Yay!!!) It was such a nice evening and Scott and Michelle Wallace did a great job on their first Regional Meeting! They announced next year's meeting so that people could save the date and not have any excuses for missing it. It will be in California near Palm Springs-- so we're road trippin' next year! It's not too far from Robin's house, so we'll have to have her come for a day maybe! Something to look forward to for sure!
