Darn Caliche!!

We have a rock solid foundation, literally, with this house! We keep running into caliche-- or natural cement is probably a better phrase to describe it. Here's our line to our septic tank and they still have another 4 feet down to dig... ANOTHER hard dig for this construction! UGH!!
