We had a super fun evening tonight at the Alumni Meet! It was so fun to see old friends and catch up with Coach Dilworth! Katelyn came at the beginning and was going to swim, but had to go back to Alison to have her fix her hair color she had just done... so she missed out on the meet and the pictures! That is NOT how I planned on the night going, but oh well! We all had a fun time and Coach talked with us for quite a while after the meet. It was so fun to reminisce about past memories and fun times! Westin Dawe was also there-- he visited with us for quite a while too. He remembered calling Bill, Bill Rye the Sandwich Guy, whenever he'd bring the sandwiches to the meets! Hahahaha! We've had a lot of fun memories with swim and at the Sunrise Pool over so many years! Wow! Time just keeps marching on!
Later, I challenged Katelyn to fit both her blanket AND her pillow in an already full suitcase and she DID it! It's hard to believe tonight is her LAST night at home! We head to San Diego tomorrow and from there she flies to Provo! It's hard to believe the summer, with everyone home, has come to a close! Now it's time to prepare for grandbaby #1-- YAY!!!!
