Fourth of July FUN!!!

We had a blast celebrating Independence Day as a family today! We started out at Mom's house with a really nice steak dinner that everyone contributed to, and then went home and swam in the late evening when the sun wasn't so strong--nicest time to swim in my opinion! Then, to top it all off, we went and watched the Peoria Fireworks from the Wal-Mart parking lot. I love this holiday and I am proud to be an American! I love this country and am so grateful to have been so lucky to have been born here with the freedoms I have and enjoy every day of my life. I know that freedom isn't free and I am thankful for all those who've sacrificed to insure that freedom!
