I hope you all are doing well! I would love to hear about how you are doing if you want to just shoot me an email! :)
It has been QUITE the week!
First off let me just say... I LOVE THE SHOREVIEW WARD! Haha they are just the best!
We started out the week with an exchange with Hermana Nelson so I got to serve in the Spanish Area again so that was a lot of fun! Once again wishing I retained more from high school lol. Not gonna lie my favorite part of that day was that a member gave us CHURROS. SO. GOOD. (If you get the chance to eat a churro this week, please do.)
This week I learned the blessings that come from setting goals and trusting in God to help accomplish them! We really wanted this family we are teaching to come to church but the odds were super low. We set the goal with hope in our hearts and then later that day, we visited them, and the husband out of nowhere just said, "Guess who's going to church!" and we were so confused until he pointed to his wife and kids! We were so happy! God has a plan and if we are on board, He can show us miracles that may seem to come out of nowhere :)
I love you all and I am so grateful for your love and support! If you see my family, give them a tight squeeze for me :) And always remember that God loves you and has a plan for you!
Love, Sister Freeman
P.S. There's a rumor going around that this winter is predicted to be reaaaally bad... the birds are already migrating, the trees are already turning colors, and this little Arizonan is already cold and wearing sweaters... wish me luck :)
