Escape The Room For Brooke's Birthday!

We had such a great time as a family tonight!  Brooke had the idea to go to Escape the Room for her birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it so much!  We chose the scenario "The Dig".  Basically, you have 1 hour to figure out clues that give you combinations to several different locks, that lead to a key, that gets you out of the room.  Our room opened up into another room where we were on an archeological "dig" trying to follow clues and puzzles that got us out!  It was a blast!  We barely got it in time with a time of 57:35!!

We went to Grandma's after, where Brooke got to open

ONE of her gifts--since it's NOT her birthday yet! 

She got some perfume and nail stuff she wanted.  She actually picked out all her gifts and knows exactly what she's getting, but it was fun to go shopping with her and pick out exactly what she wanted!!  We had fun that day we shopped together!
