Brutal Game @ Odyssey Prep

The team played great again today!  Odyssey played some dirty ball this time and got pretty aggressive... I guess they thought to beat us that's what their strategy needed to be, because they didn't play that way last time we played them a couple weeks ago.  Their fans (parents) were out of control too!  If they're not careful, their school is going to get a bad reputation!  BUT, we came out victorious and won the game 36-29.  We showed them who was boss!  While we won the game, we had a lot of bumps and bruises that required lots of ice after the game.  Their trainer would only give us 3 bags of ice (I guess the school has a 3 bag limit, regardless of the need), so the girls had to share the ice after the game.  Each bag had quite a bit of ice...why not put 1/2 the ice in TWO bags and be able to give us a total of SIX bags of ice--sheesh!  I think people are kind of stupid sometimes.  It was a brutal game and they should provide the needed supplies for the injuries!  Oh well...not everyone thinks like me, I guess.  (I realize this every single day of my life! Hahahahaha!)  Katelyn had an AWESOME game!  She almost had a triple double!  (Assists, rebounds and shots)  We are very proud of her poise and confidence out their on the court and for giving it all she has and NEVER giving up!  The harder they pushed, the harder she pushed back!  Grateful their were no injuries in this game-- other than the bumps and bruises!  The refs did an ok job, but I wish they would send the message better that playing like that won't be tolerated!  After all, that IS their job, right?  That's what they get paid the big bucks to do... hahahaha!  Here's some pictures from after the game...
