Oldham. WE PUT GERRY ON DATE FOR BAPTISM on the 29th of November!!! We had a fun Relief Society Christmas craft night and did some farm work at Bison Berry Farms and finished "My Plan" at the Martin's house while my comp died on the couch... we have not gotten enough sleep this whole week because of meetings and had a fire exit interview with President Hamblin. I love him so much! We had Stake Conference--so fire. Here's some notes:

OK MIRACLE WITH GERRY: Sister Monty and I were debating on whether to put Gerry on date for as early as December 2nd because that meant she had to start obeying the Word of Wisdom (us missionaries abbreviate it as WOW) the day of that lesson... so we prayed and literally God yelled at us that she is ready with this next part... GERRY LOOKED UP THE WORD THANKSGIVING ON GOSPEL LIBRARY BY HERSELF AND FOUND D&C 89 THAT LITERALLY GOES THROUGH THE WHOLE WORD OF WISDOM RIGHT THERE BEFORE WE EVEN GOT THERE!!! So we talked about it and committed her to it and then she asked to be baptized even EARLIER than December 2nd on November 29th. (The date of her tender boyfriend's death... she said she wants to remember that day for something good now and that he comes to church with her:,) *We can't wait to teach her about temples! So we called President for permission to do it earlier than 2 weeks and he said yep! SO I'M SOOOOO EXCITED FOR HER! THAT GIRL IS SO ELECT AND IN TUNE WITH THE SPIRIT HOLY MOLY!
Go look up Thanksgiving in Gospel Library. D&C 89 is FIRE and is actually perfect for the holiday if y'all think about it!
