We went to those shops at the Riverwood shopping center and
enjoyed poking around the stores there. I wanted to get Megan something for
her birthday and we found a super cute outfit. She looks so cute in her black gingham check jumper and shirt!
We FaceTimed with Katelyn while she got ready for her Homecoming Dance! She went with Shea Pribyl and some other friends. She had a good time, but it was an eye opener for her to go to a school dance! I'll just leave it at that!
We ended up getting an awesome parking space at the stadium due to Todd's situation! It was the closest spot we could've had! We froze our tooshies off at the game but WE BEAT BOISE STATE 28-25! It should've been 35-25 but there was a bad holding call on the touchdown so it didn't count! Ugh! We not only had to endure the freezing cold rain and even snow, but also the most horrible reffing I've ever seen in a college football game! There were other really bad calls too! It was clear who the refs were pulling for! (Boise State that is! Ranked 14th and undefeated! BUT NOT ANYMORE! Hahaha!) We had fun at the game though! Bill was sweet and left before half time to get us all some hot chocolate and a Cougar tail donut! We were so cold so the hot chocolate was a life saver! We saw Chase Cord play as Boise State's QB so that was really cool but decided he looks way better in purple and gold instead of that ugly orange and blue! (He played for SMHS when Brooke was there.) If
we were losing we’d decided beforehand that we’d just leave, but we couldn’t
because the game was SO GOOD!!! So we sat there all miserable!
Hahahaha!! Good times, good times!! J
Headed back to Megan and Todd’s house after the game and had a super fun/good
visit with them! They told us the whole story of how they met and it was
just really fun! We didn’t climb into bed until about 2am!!
