Sammy Holmes' 16th Birthday-- Hiking at West Clear Creek

We flew Katelyn home from Utah yesterday so that she could go on this hike with her friends to celebrate Sammy's 16th birthday today.  Hannah Hinton, Gavin Romero, Johnny Hart and Drew Maskovich all went.  Katelyn said they had a really good time but that it was a very difficult hike down to Clear Creek where the boys cliff jumped, and then they hiked back up.  Katelyn wanted to cliff jump, but decided not to and later regretted it.  She really wanted to but the other girls didn't want to, so she didn't.  Notice the lightening in picture #4 off to the left!  These are some beautiful shots!  I'm glad we flew her home...she's missed a lot of fun things this summer because she's been working!  She had a great time with her friends today!!
