Deana and Brooklyn Are Here!! Hiking the White Tank Mountains!

It was a really fun day today!  Aunt Deana and Brooklyn flew in late last night.  We decided to play all day today!  We loaded everyone up in the car (McKenzie couldn't go because she had to work), packed a picnic lunch with Subway sandwiches, and first headed down to Bill's office.  Deana wanted to see his office.  After that, we headed for our hike in the White Tanks.  We ate our picnic lunch first and then headed up the waterfall trail.  This is always such a fun hike.  Every time someone visits, we love to take them on this hike.  Deana and Brooklyn really enjoyed it as well. After we hiked, we poked around the little Visitors' Center where we saw a lot of rattlesnakes they have in an exhibit there.  There was also a Gila Monster, but it was sleeping.  Deana treated us to some Cactus Candy.
It's pretty good!

We got in the car and took Deana over to the Tanger Outlets to do some shopping.  We poked around there for a couple of hours.  They got some cute things.  Then, the girls went and got pedicures--my treat to everyone for Valentine's Day.  It was a lot of fun!  (I should've gotten a picture of that!)
When we got home, Bill had a yummy T-bone Steak dinner all ready for us with grilled potatoes and Caprese salads.  (Deana had never had this kind of salad before and loved it!)  After dinner, we watched "Bridge of Spies" together.  It was definitely a very fun day!!
