Arrived in Port Douglas, Australia!

Today was mainly spent traveling from Melbourne to Port Douglas.  We immediately noticed the change in climate for cool, sunny and breezy to warm and very humid!!  It's a tropical paradise in Port Douglas and we love it!  Our hotel is perfect.  It's a suite with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a laundry area.  Plus if you go up the circular stairs on the patio, it leads to our deck complete with a BBQ grill and a Jacuzzi!  This place is awesome!  We got settled in our rooms and relaxed for a bit... went to get lunch...things are crazy expensive here.  Later we went to the Edward Jones welcome reception and dinner and they had some amazing animals on display and back massage chairs!  I definitely took advantage of that one!
