Birthday Dinner Out with Old Friends & New!

Jasmine (Reed) organized such a fun birthday dinner for Darla tonight! She called friends from different times of her mom's life and invited all of us to come to dinner to celebrate her birthday-- but kept it a secret. Darla thought they were just going out to dinner together for the evening! Surprise! We were all there waiting and then Jasmine made her exit so us old ladies could enjoy talking and boy did we! I had no idea who was going to be there and I was kinda tired and sore, but then I thought, "The people who are coming tonight are Darla's friends, so I don't even need to worry one second about there being drama!" Well, I know Darla well, because every single one of those women there tonight I know and LOVE, except for one, and she was so cute and nice and fun! Pictured L-R around the table are: Tammy Robinson, me, Darla, Blythe (don't know her last name), Heather Christensen-- who I just met paddle boarding a couple of months ago!, Michelle Buckhannon and Kim Leach-- all women I know and love and respect and admire SO MUCH! When I I turned the corner and saw Michelle and Tammy there, I KNEW I was going to have such a nice time! Of course these are the kind of women that Darla would have as her closest friends, because Darla is that way! I'm sooooo glad that I went tonight and I enjoyed it so much! It didn't even go late! I was home by 8pm! Perfect!!!
