Temple Day, Lake Day & Birthday Celebration

We had a FULL day of fun with all the things Katelyn wanted to do for her birthday while she was home this weekend! We started off doing sealings at the temple and had such a neat experience as we met up with Jasmine Reed and her friend. She had family names that we helped her do and there was a neat feeling in the room as we did them! Then we headed to the freezing cold lake where the girls got their fill of cold water and surfing!! Wetsuits were the order of the day and I stayed in the boat with a jacket on the whole time! They are really honing their skills out on the waves!! Katelyn even caught a Swedish fish (after MANY tries) that Brooke tossed her, while she was surfing!  Later on, we all went to BJ's for dinner to celebrate Katelyn's special day and we got to share pizookies afterward! It's been a fun few days of playing cards and watching movies and having a great time together!!!
