Construction is Ramping Up!

So the rough grading and pad construction is all finished...the footings are all dug and completed for the foundation and we passed that inspection. Today, they are pouring the footings for the foundation!!! This is getting more and more exciting!! The wood planks on the ground in these pictures are the forms to frame up the stem walls... they will start to set those tomorrow...  There was a father and son pouring these footings today and he was super nice!  His name was Stephen and his son's name was Michael.  He told me he's been looking at our plans for a year... I told him I had been too!  We both laughed at that.  He said we hired the right people and that they'd do a great job for us.  He was super friendly!
