This
week is the transition from Basketball to Track for Katelyn. Tuesday was her last game at Sunnyslope—a
very poorly and horribly reffed game! We
lost 36-39, but we absolutely should’ve won!
It was a very physical game where we had to really fight the refs and
bad calls (or lack of calls) to score our points! I’m just glad Katelyn didn’t get injured…
they always go after her because she scores the most points and is the best
ball handler. It makes me mad that some
refs don’t do their job and protect the players and keep the game from getting
out of control. This game was probably
the worst of the season that way! Too bad
it had to be the last game… oh well—now on to Track! Below are pictures during a time out... Coach Eager has coached Megan, Brooke and now Katelyn. He's a great coach! He was super frustrated with the way the game was reffed too...everyone was pretty upset!
