Katelyn's 4th Year Pack-In Day 1
6.14.2018

Katelyn left for the 4th year pack-in this afternoon. Looks like it will be a lot of fun, as they are doing a lot more fun activities this year as now there is no more certification. Instead of hiking Mt. Humphrey's (due to the fire closures) they are hiking a very flat, but pretty trail in Sedona. It's called West Fork Trail and is 8 miles. They were all excited today and they are in for a fun few days! Below is a picture of the girls in Rose Valley Ward, but there were about 23 girls total who went from the stake. Right after I dropped Katelyn off, I headed over to Regional Meetings in Scottsdale at the Montelucia Resort right by Camelback Mountain. It is the first year that Katelyn didn't go with us and the first year that we had NO children with us! Brooke came for dinner tonight, but didn't stay as she had a date with friends going Scorpion hunting. I guess that ranks higher than Regional Meetings!
