Sunday Fun!

We had such an enjoyable day after Stake Conference! We spent time together playing games (Speak Out, of course), and followed the invitation of Bro. Price, our Stake Patriarch, to take some time today to read our Patriarchal Blessings as a family. It was one of the most spiritual things we have ever done as a family. I'm in awe of the blessings that have been promised to all of us... especially my girls! Katelyn, since she doesn't have her blessing yet, read Megan's blessing since she's not here. I wish I had thought to read her blessing sooner, since she's been gone. It really helped me to see the bigger perspective of her mission and to feel calm about her being gone. It would've really helped to read it right after she left, when it was so hard to have her gone and missing her so much! It was a beautiful Sabbath day!
