Brooke's Baby for Child Developement-- "Zachary"

Brooke had a robo-baby all weekend.  She named him "Zachary".  She did a really good job taking care of him-- I was impressed!  He was up at all hours of the night and needed to be taken care of all the time...just like a real baby!  She brought him home Friday after school, he turned on at 3:00 and didn't turn off until 10pm Sunday night-- and he was eating and active all the way until 10pm!  On Saturday morning, Brooke was complaining of the bags under her eyes!  Brooke!  That's only ONE night!  Wait until your a real momma and doing this for several months!  It was a fun and interesting assignment for her and she got an A on it!  It was a little sad when she took him back to school on Monday morning-- weird how you can miss a fake baby!  I called him "Monster #5"-- he even had a cute little monster hat that Brooke picked out.  She got to pick out all of his clothes.  She even had "morning sickness" this week.  It was too funny...she came to me this week complaining of morning sickness, because she'd gotten sick in the morning.  (She thought that was morning sickness.)  I told her, "Brooke, that's perfect! Just in time for your baby to arrive on Friday!"  Then I explained to her what morning sickness really is and that it's usually NOT limited to just mornings!  We laughed about that one!

We went to Allie's house to get some tips-- she'd just done the same project the week before!

I couldn't believe she was asking Allie instead of me!  Kind of funny!!

Brooke even went out on a date with the baby!!  She went with Dean Peterson and asked him if it was ok and he said, "Sure!"  What a good guy!  They kind of look like a family here...hahahahaha!
