Young Women Volleyball Tournament

On April 12th and 13th Brooke and Katelyn competed in our Stake YW Volleyball Tournament. Brooke was on the B Team and Katelyn was on the A Team. (They were divided evenly.) These teams played each other on Wednesday and the A Team won, putting them in the semi-finals against West Wing Ward. (One of their 2 teams.) We lost to them, and then their 2 teams played the Championship game, so they won the Tournament again this year. Katelyn had a ball playing. Her basketball game that was originally scheduled for that night was changed to a different night, allowing her to play 2 full nights in the Tournament. Brooke only played on Tuesday night as she had a lot of heavy school assignments and papers due. It was a fun experience watching them play and visiting with other moms in the Stake and Ward that I don't get to visit with very often!
