Celebrating Megan and Bill's Birthdays!

It's always so much fun to celebrate these two birthdays together every year! Megan was born the day before Bill's birthday and came home from the hospital on his birthday 25 years ago! It does NOT seem like that long ago at all! I am grateful for them in my life and what a blessing they are to me! Now my baby is about to HAVE her very own baby!

We watched the BYU v. Boise State game (ugh!) at Grandma's house. Todd brought a cookies and cream ice cream cake to share with everyone for Megan's birthday. Then we went to dinner at Outback Steakhouse to celebrate Bill and Megan’s birthdays. It was yummy and fun to visit together. We came back here afterward and Bill and Megan opened their gifts and we had cake and ice cream. McKenzie got dad a mancala game and we got Megan some big fluffy beach towels, a cookie scoop for her kitchen and some really cute kitchen linens, and a fall decoration and yummy Bath and Body candle. I ordered a cute matching maternity/nursing robe that matches the little newborn layette outfit I got for the baby for hospital pictures—but it hasn’t arrived yet in the mail, so I was bummed I couldn’t give that to her on her birthday... but overall, it was a very fun day spent together with family!
