Here is our Christmas card for this year. This is the front...
...and this is the back!
I LOVED this little saying I found on Missionary Mommas on Facebook!
It's ALL true!!!!
Sister Greener (on the left) came to say goodbye. She's getting transferred to Flagstaff! I was so sad to find this out as I had really bonded with her during all of our activities together this past 5 weeks. It has been so fun getting to know her and Sister McKenzie. They are such great missionaries and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with both of them!! Good news is that Sister McKenzie (on the right) is staying. She is so much fun and always so happy and upbeat! Her new companion is Sister Harper, whom I haven't met yet. It will be fun having them over on Christmas Eve in a week or so!!!
Tulips in December?????
Here's some of the fudge I made this year all packaged up and ready for delivery!
Below are some gift bags I made for the Sister Missionaries (McKenzie and Harper) when they come over on Christmas Eve for dinner. I just filled them with little things I thought they'd appreciate!
One of the things is an "Open When..." envelope filled with smaller envelopes to open when they feel a certain way, ie: Open when you need to feel loved, or need to feel encouragement, etc. I made one of these for Megan too! Most have quotes from General Authorities to offer encouragement but not all of them do...one has money in it when they are a little low for the month and one has gum for when they need a little something sweet. There are about a dozen of them. FUN!!
