Family Dinner the Night Before the BIG Day!!!

The Passey’s did such a beautiful job on the family dinner tonight—they had all sorts of amazing pastas and sauces and chicken and meatballs. I hadn’t really eaten all day and it tasted soooooo good! Kaden’s older brother and his wife Emma sang a cute song to Katie and Kaden and they got up and danced to it. It was really sweet. (I think it’s called Happy To Be In Love With You?) I love that song and they harmonized so well together. They are a cute couple! Angela and Travis put together a cute video of pictures of K & K and it was so fun to watch… they had matched up pictures side by side of them doing the same activities… they really kinda lived a parallel life in so many ways! We got to meet and visit with some of their family and Owen, Jenell, Jed, Henry and Hiram came and Robin, Brent, Shelby and kids got stuck in traffic so they arrived quite late, but we were able to visit with them, as well. Marilyn and Jim were also there—they’ve been here since Wednesday and have seemed happy to get out of the snow—which is why we’re getting such cool temps right now! Anyway, it was a beautiful evening... I wish I thought to get more actual pictures WITH people-- my mind was somewhere else tonight with everything going on... these pictures were taken by other people so I at least have something from the night. It really was a nice evening!
