Helping with Baby Luke!!!

It has been a very wonderful week! I have spent the entire week over at Megan’s house helping with her sweet little Luke and it has been such a sweet experience. There is something so spiritual about a newborn baby and Todd and Megan are such good parents! It has been fun to watch Megan be a mother and care for Luke!! Everything is so natural for her and she loves him so much! I never saw any frustration with the struggle with nursing and both of them learning to nurse… I know she was so tired in every way, too! Todd wanted so badly to help and jumped at the chance every single time Megan asked for anything! There is a special feeling in their home and it was a sweet experience for me to be a part of it!  We went for a walk today... here's Luke in his stroller, I believe! 

Sunday Morning Fun...

Some Sunday morning fun... Megan said that these first two pictures are an indication of how the previous night went! Hahaha! He makes THE cutest faces! Katelyn enjoyed combing his hair and parting it in the middle! The girls sure have enjoyed staying over at Megan's and getting all their cuddles in before they go back up to BYU... We enjoyed a beautiful Sabbath day watching Sacrament Mtg. on Zoom!

More FUN with Luke!

Three days old! We enjoyed an afternoon at Liberty Park eating Jimmy John's sandwiches and playing pickle ball on a gorgeous sunny Arizona November day! It was so nice to get out and Luke enjoyed being outside as well. What a fun day! Funny that I didn't take any pictures at the park... I guess we were having too much fun!!!

What a Thanksgiving! So Much to Be Grateful For!!

It was so fun to hold Luke for the very first time today!! Megan and Todd were home from the hospital just in time for Thanksgiving dinner! Katelyn, Bill and I went shopping for a plant and balloon to take to Megan and Todd’s house. We wanted to take it before they got home, but we drove up to their house just as they were getting back from the hospital. We were able to spend a few minutes with them before we went over to Grandma's house for dinner.  Allison and Jordan and Robin are all here this week. It was a nice afternoon together as a family. We got lots of family pictures with the baby and enjoyed snuggles with him ALL day!!!
