"Send Help!"

Megan sent this picture in the family text and it simply said, "Send help!". He looks pretty smug about his accomplishment! AND... once he AND Logan can combine their little minds together, it could get pretty crazy!!! Megan will be a good boy mom!

Katelyn Made it to Prague!

Here's some pictures Katelyn texted to the family today. She landed in Prague in the morning and they had a free day today to explore the city. I can't believe how many cities and countries she is going to visit on this trip! The itinerary is CRAZY!! On to Berlin in a couple days!

Backyard Bliss!

Bill took all of these pictures of our backyard tonight. While there are a few things left they still need to do, it is basically finished! It has turned out so nice and I can't wait until it cools off a bit so we can enjoy the pickleball court and fire pit!

Peaches!!!

Bill came back from Utah with all these peaches from his parent's backyard!!! We gave many of them away, but also ate and froze a lot! They're yummy!!!

That Dimple!

This kid melts my nana heart! Megan texted this picture to our family chat today and I just cannot get over how adorable this little guy is! And that dimple! Too cute!!!

Battle Creek Falls in Pleasant Grove

So Brooke went on this hike with this young man today... it is their 2nd date and so far so good with Brooke! His name is Matt Bradshaw. She has been pleasantly surprised how much she enjoys talking to him and being with him. Right now she has been very hesitant to say much and due to her moving and other things, they haven't seen each other in a couple of weeks... so things have been kind of slow moving. He went out of town for the rest of this week too, but she thinks a 3rd date is in store. We will see what happens!

 

Bill in Utah...

Bill took a trip up to Utah to help his mom and dad after his mom's heart surgery. He helped with meals and out in the yard... here he is outside cutting the grass in the backyard on the lawn mower.

Temple and In-N-Out!

Katelyn and I went and did and Endowment tonight and came home and got McKenzie and went and got In-N-Out for dinner. We meant to get a picture in front on the temple together, but we got this one instead... It was a fun night together!

 

Happy Sunday From Lehi, Utah!

Got this cute picture of Brooke in front of her new digs! It's the cutest little townhome! This is one picture I forgot to get last week when I was there, so I asked Brooke to take one for me. Happy Sunday!

 

What Brooke & I Have Been Up to...

It has been such a fun week up in Utah with Brooke! She moved out of her student apartment-- our condo in Provo and into such a cute, brand new townhouse up in Lehi. We've been shopping and putting together things and moving boxes in and organizing these last several days. Today, we had some extra time and so Brooke suggested going to the temple! I love that that is how she wanted to spend her time-- when there are sooooo many other things she could want to do! We enjoyed our endowment session at the Orem temple! (There have been more revisions making it a lot shorter, so that is exciting! The Lord is truly hastening His work!) I am so excited for Brooke and this next chapter ahead! She starts her job in the NICU in Murray on September 23rd. This is her dream job and she is so beyond excited to finally start living her dream!!!

 

Arizona Wildlife in Our Backyard!

YIKES! Bill sent these to me tonight. This is what is going on at home right now. Both of these critters are good critters and eat things we don't want around, but they sure are menacing and creepy looking! They give me the heebie jeebies! That snake is LONG! I hope he eats all the scorpions and spiders... Bill thinks he got this spider for a nice little snack!
