We all met at Chuck-A-Rama today for lunch to start the festivities. It was good to see people we haven’t seen in a while and almost all of Bill’s siblings came—the only ones that didn’t were JD and Deric. It was fun to visit with everyone. We didn’t eat though, because later we went to Zuppa’s with the girls for dinner and we would’ve been too full if we’d eaten. It was a cold and rainy day! After the lunch, we met at a studio (where Chris Huntington works) in Springville and did a photo shoot with the family. Brooke and Katelyn had classes so they weren't able to come. Brooke met up with us later at the Payson temple where the family did an endowment session. (Katelyn had a blind date that night!) The session was so nice! There was such a sweet feeling there with everyone all together inside the temple! We took Brooke grocery shopping afterward and got Chip cookies to take back to the apartment. Katelyn eventually got home from her date and we watched a movie until late together. It was such a fun day! It has been fun to be up in Utah and spend time with family and the girls! We got a couple of days with Brooke and Katelyn and that was so nice! We managed to work around their school schedules and we had so much fun!

Deck Progress...
1.10.2024
Progress has been super slow lately. They didn't work at all between Christmas and New Year's but they started back up on Monday. This is the progress since Monday... it's now Wednesday. It's starting to look really nice, but the going sure is SLOW!!
Never Thought I'd See the Day...
1.08.2024
Todd apparently tricked Megan into wearing his new Liberty Volleyball coach's sweatshirt! He was hired to be their assistant coach, but the head coach got sick so Todd is now the Head Coach!! It's all great, just the WRONG team!!! Hahahaha!!!
Rocking Elephant???
1.07.2024
We enjoyed having dinner at Megan's house tonight... Luke showed us his new rocking elephant, instead of rocking horse! He's such a cutie!!
Horses on the Way to Dinner!
1.03.2024
As we were getting in our cars tonight to head for dinner at Chili's, we saw these beautiful horses walking down our street! (They're our neighbors just up the way.) Well, of course, Luke wanted to go see them. He LOVES horses!! We had a nice visit with them and Luke loved petting them. Katelyn hit if off with the girl her age in the blue sweatshirt. Horses are such beautiful animals! We had fun on our last night all together as a family! It was fun to eat and visit and not have to cook or do any dishes! It was a fun night!
Welcome 2024!!!
1.01.2024
We rang in the new year with everyone here except for Katelyn, who was at another party with friends. We had our traditional Martinelli's toast to the new year. I stayed up later than I usually do and played Hearts with everyone... and I WON!!! Yay!! I slept for a few hours and then got up and made crepes for everyone... then we watched the Rose Parade which wasn't that great this year. We watched lots of football today as well!
Katelyn's Belated New Year's Day Party!
The lighting wasn't great, so these pictures didn't turn out very well, but here's Katelyn's New Year's party... complete with games, bonfire and s'mores, karaoke, LOUD music, fireworks and a balloon drop at sort of midnight--hahaha! She had a mixture of high school friends and friends from her mission. Since New Year's Eve fell on a Sunday, she decided it would be better to have it the following day. She wanted to have a party, so we let her have it, but boy am I exhausted! Katelyn is a party girl! I'm glad she had fun, though!
